Larry's Retirement

To the People of Lewiston andAuburn,

For over 90 years, the law firm of Isaacson & Raymond has provided legal services to the greater Lewiston and Auburn communities. For nearly 60 of those years, including 33 years as Androscoggin County Probate Judge, Laurier T. Raymond, Jr. (Larry to those who know him) has stood at the helm and built a team of skilled attorneys and experienced staff. With confidence in the firm’s legacy, Larry is entering 2017 in a new role at the firm. As of January 1st, Larry has become “Of Counsel” in preparation for his retirement later this year. Larry has built a tradition of community service that has long been the cornerstone of Isaacson & Raymond and the firm will continue that time-honored tradition in the years to come.

Born and raised in Lewiston, Larry has dedicated his life to his community. He has worked on countless boards, committees, and associations with the personal mission to improve the lives of the people in our communities.   He’s earned the distinguished “A-V Preeminent” designation for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell and is the eponym for the “Laurier T. Raymond, Jr. Gateway Park” located at the corner of Main and Lincoln Streets. We ask the community to join us in wishing Larry the very best in his impending retirement.
